8 step purification, on every batch
A comprehensive multi-stage plant combines pre-treatment media (sand, carbon and arsenic filters), fine micro-filtration, pressurization, molecular separation through an RO membrane and final disinfection with UV light and ozone — turning heavily contaminated raw water into safe, pure drinking water.
Pre-Treatment Stage
Removing solids, chlorine and toxins from the raw feed water.

Traps large suspended solids, mud, silt and turbidity from raw feed water.

Activated Carbon Filter
Adsorbs bad tastes, odors, organic compounds and chlorine that can damage downstream components.

Arsenic Filter
Uses specific adsorption media (activated alumina or specialised iron-based media) to extract toxic arsenic (Arsenic III and V).
Fine Filtration & Pressurization Stage
Polishing the water and building the pressure the membrane needs.

Jumbo Cartridge / Sediment Filter
A 1 to 5 micron safety barrier catching leftover micro-particles or escaping media dust before the high-pressure stage.

Generates 90 to 250+ PSI of mechanical pressure to overcome natural osmotic pressure and push water through the tight RO barrier.
Core Purification & Disinfection Stage
Molecular separation followed by double disinfection.

A semi-permeable barrier with 0.0001 micron pores that rejects 95–99% of dissolved salts, heavy metals and residual contaminants, splitting water into purified permeate and concentrated wastewater.

Short-wave ultraviolet radiation scrambles the DNA of remaining bacteria and viruses, neutralising 99.9% of microbes.

Ozone (O₃) Generator
Injects ozone gas as a powerful final disinfectant to oxidise trace organics and keep the pure water storage tank sterile.
